Cyra makes orna-"mints" from Cafe Rio mints.

I was driving by this garage sale the other day and I saw this awesome bin of beads for $5. I had to buy it. It's been endless fun.

First Day of School:

Kids:

She is an amphibian--whenever she finds water, she goes crazy. The camel -back was just sitting on top of the stool and she found the spout and started hydrating:

Swiss days in Midway:

Notice Cyra's BYU headband. She's a true Cougar!

Kids + Neighbors on the deck:

So I went to Costco the other day to buy salt and somehow ended up walking out of the store with this giant bear. I have no idea what happened in there. (In my defense, Cyra bought it with "her own money.")

Utah in the Fall:

Jared took pictures of that on one of his long runs. More on that later. But just to spoil the surprise, Jared ran a 55 mile ultra-marathon.

i'm jealous of the beads. not really jealous of the bear but the story seems to deserve it's own post.

Hi Mersha,
Just wondering why you would go to Costco to buy salt?
How much bulk salt does one family need? :)

Your family is beautiful!
